Manufacturing high precision and performance parts in aerospace, automotive medical industries often requires machining of difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium, nickel hardened alloyed steel alloys. Low productivity environmental damage are major problems cutting these materials, which vitally require optimized cooling strategies. High-pressure fluid supply (HP CF) cryogenic lubrication (CRYO CL) two the most effective approaches to increase tool life, avoid scrap production. The scientific knowledge-based application HP CF CRYO CL had a pivotal role improving specifically milling processes. In this context, quantification effect is essential order adapt fluctuating heat generation at zone. novel concept soft sensor for process presented paper.
